- 300 g frozen strawberries
- 100 g crème fraiche
- 70 g sugar
- 400 g ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
Freeze the strawberries 1 day in advance.
Put all the ingredients into the blender jug and chop for 5-6 seconds/speed setting 5.
Push the chunky mixture down with the spatula and blend again for 5 seconds/speed setting 10 (no longer, otherwise it will be too fine).
