 Today we're inviting you to try our super simple #recipe for smoked pork, or rather its gravy. With the help of our #Thermomix® it is not only ready quickly, but also wonderfully finely pureed, so that all the fresh ingredients can develop their flavor directly during preparation.

INGREDIENTS
Basic recipe sauce
- 50 g oil
- 2 large onions, diced
- 1 kg soup vegetables, fresh or frozen
- 2 large round garlic
- pepper
- salt
- Chili
- Caraway seeds
- 1.5 L water without beer = directly 2L
Extra ingredients
- 0.5 L dark beer or dark wheat beer
- 2 tbsp potato flour
- 1 tbsp mustard

INSTRUCTIONS
Sauce
Heat the oil in a pan on the stove, sauté the onion, garlic and soup vegetables. Pour in 1.5 liters of water, add the spices and cook until soft.
Then pour the vegetables and liquid into the mixing bowl, puree everything finely and then pour back into the pot. Add the beer and allow the sauce to simmer gently for 15 minutes. If you don't like beer, leave it out and replace the liquid with water)
Mix the potato flour with a little water, pour into the sauce and bring to the boil. Then season the sauce with mustard and spices. If you don't need so much gravy, you can also make the gravy with fewer vegetables. Thermomix vegetables. The sauce is very suitable for roast smoked pork or cooked beef, very good for oven goulash. Also suitable as a sauce for barbecued meat.

Place the smoked pork roast in an ovenproof dish, pour the hot sauce over it and cook with the lid closed in the oven at 130°C/b> for 2 hours.
Cut the cooked beef into slices, place in a baking dish and pour over the hot sauce, leave to stand for a short time.

RECIPE NOTES
If you don't need so much sauce, you can also make it with fewer vegetables. Thermomix make it with fewer vegetables.
This sauce is very suitable for smoked pork, cooked beef or oven goulash. It can also be used as a sauce for grilled meat and as a base for mushroom cream sauce.
