Quickly pick up Giovanni Rana's pasta frescha from the fresh food counter, from the Italian delicatessen - or even from the pastaio - and serve up delicious pasta in 10 minutes:
Recipe:
- 4 tbsp butter
- grated zest of one organic orange
- 8 sage leaves, cut into fine strips
- Seasoning salt (I had orange salt)
- colored pepper, fresh from the mill
Preparation:
Heat the butter, fry the orange zest and sage leaves in it for 5 minutes - use medium heat only.
Season with salt and pepper and mix with the dripping wet pasta.
