A nice little treat for Mother's Day.

Ingredients:
- 100 g radishes
- 8 slices of toast (25 g each)
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 pot of basil
- 200 g cream cheese
- 3-4 tbsp pesto
- pepper
- Lemon zest
Preparation:
Toast the bread and cut out 2 large hearts (approx. 5 cm in diameter) and 2 small hearts (approx. 3 cm in diameter) from each slice. Clean the radishes and reserve 1 for the decoration, put the rest in the blender jug and chop for 3 seconds/speed setting 5 and decant. Drain the feta. Pluck the basil, reserving a few small leaves for the decoration. Put everything into the blender jug and mix for 15 seconds/speed setting 7 until creamy. Fill the cream into a piping bag with a star nozzle and pipe decoratively onto the heart toasts. Garnish with diced radishes and basil leaves.
Note: if you don't have a heart-shaped cookie cutter, you can also cut the slice of toast into quarters.
