Marzipan-cherry jam

INGREDIENTS:
- 600 g cherries, frozen or jarred
- 200 g gelling sugar 3:1
- 100 g marzipan paste
APPLICATION:
Cut the marzipan into small pieces. Drain the cherries (if they are out of the jar).
Now put all the ingredients into the mixing bowl and chop for 15-20 seconds/speed setting 7-8.
Then bring to the boil for 10 minutes at 100 °C/stirring setting.
Pour hot into prepared twist-off jars and turn upside down for approx. 2-3 mins.
