Lasagna is just spaghetti flavored cake. That may be true. But how good is this cake? For me lasagna is the perfect food to surprise my dearest with a glass of red wine after a hard working week on Friday evening. Then only the candles should not be missing - Attention Kitschalarm :-)
TM5 - For 6 portions
Ingredients
- 150 g Gouda
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 carrot (peeled)
- 1 celery
- 2 tbsp oil
- 500 g minced meat, half and half
- 1 tin of chopped tomatoes with 400 g liquid
- 30 g tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cube vegetable stock
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tsp oregano, dried
- 50 g butter
- 80 g flour
- 600 ml milk
- 1.5 tsp salt
- approx. 9 lasagne plates, without precooking
Mix It
Crush Gouda into pieces and decant → 10 sec. | Level 8
Minced meat sauce
- Chop onion, garlic cloves, celery and carrot → 8 sec. | Level 5
- Slide it down with the spatula and shred it again → 8 sec. | Level 5
- Add oil and steam → 2 min. | Level 1 | Varoma
- Preheat oven to 200° Degrees
- Add minced meat and mix → 5 min. | gentle stirring step left running | Varoma
- Add tin of tomatoes with liquid, tomato paste, salt, vegetable stock, sugar and oregano → 12 min. | left run |100° | Step 2
- Decant the sauce and rinse out the pot.
Béchamel sauce
- Melt butter → 2 min. | 100° Degrees | Stage 1
- Add flour and mix → 1 min. | 100° | Stage 1
- Add milk and salt and mix → 10 sec. | Step 5
- Bring everything to the boil. 8 min. → 100° Degrees | Stage 2
- Move the spatula around the bottom of the pan, as any butter and flour residues may be stuck and then stir again briefly → 10 sec. | Step 5
Layer It
- Sprinkle the bottom of the casserole dish thickly with béchamel sauce
- Place lasagne plates on top without precooking
- Cover with minced meat sauce
- Over it some Béchamel sauce
- Sprinkle a little cheese over it
Repeat steps 2-5 until the oven dish is full.
- Sprinkle the last layer of béchamel sauce and the rest of the cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven at top and bottom heat → 30 min. | 200°
