INGREDIENTS
- 150 g hazelnuts
- 350 g flour
- 270 g sugar
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 3 tsp gingerbread spice
- 2 tsp clove powder
- 3 tbsp honey
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 L milk
- 150 g butter

INSTRUCTIONS
Grind the hazelnuts for 20 seconds/turbo, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, gingerbread spice, clove powder, honey, eggs, milk and butter to the mixing bowl and mix on speed 6 until smooth.
Pour the mixture onto a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for approx. 20 minutes. Now melt the chocolate coating and spread it on the gingerbread or dip half of it in.
