INGREDIENTS
- 500 g red and yellow peppers, in pieces
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 600 g cod fillet, possibly frozen, then leave to almost thaw in the fridge beforehand
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 pinches of pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 700 g vegetable stock
- 500 g potatoes Potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 20 g flour
INSTRUCTIONS
Put the peppers into the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds/speed setting 3. Add the olive oil and steam for 2 min./100 °C, then transfer to the Varoma®. Season the fish fillet with salt, pepper and lemon juice and spread over the pieces of bell pepper. Pour the vegetable stock into the mixing bowl and insert the cooking tray with the potato pieces. Cooking time: 30 min./Varoma®/speed setting 1. At the end of the cooking time, keep the fish, vegetables and potatoes warm and prepare the sauce. Cook the cooking liquid, cream cheese and flour for 2 min./100 °C/speed setting 4, then reduce to level 1. Add the parsley through the lid plug opening and stir in for 30 seconds. Remove the mixing bowl from the appliance immediately. Season the sauce with salt if necessary and serve with the fish and vegetables.
