Yeast dough with the Thermomix:
- 150 g milk
- 80 g sugar (or less to taste)
- 1/2 yeast cube
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 350 g flour (550) or spelt flour
- 75 g margarine
- Cinnamon crumble
- 100 g flour
- 75 g butter
- 50 g sugar
- 2 sachets vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Put the milk and sugar in the mixing bowl and bring to 37°C/speed setting 1 heat up. Add the yeast and dissolve in the warm milk. Now add the salt, egg and flour and mix well. 4 min/ knead setting knead into a dough. Add the margarine and knead again. 3 min / kneading speed until a silky, soft dough forms, transfer to a bowl, cover and leave to rise for approx. 45 minutes. Grease the baking tray well and roll out the dough for the tray, form an edge and cover with approx. 1 kg of plums in the shape of a roof tile. Leave the cake to rise again briefly.
You can now sprinkle it with cinnamon sugar or crumble and then serve. 30 - 45 minutes at 180°C - 200°C bake
