The dough card for the Thermomix. Thanks to its well thought-out shape, the WunderCard even reaches the hard-to-reach areas of the mixing bowl. This makes it possible to remove dough from bowls and pots with virtually no residue.

If only it weren't for the often time-consuming scraping out of the mixing bowl. Because as easily as some dough flows out, bread dough, for example, remains sticky and stubborn.

We at Wundermix have therefore developed a dough card that has been ergonomically designed so that the rounded side fits snugly against the wall of the mixing bowl. This makes it possible to remove almost 100% of doughs, creams, etc. The narrow edge also fits between the blades of the mixing blade, making it easy to remove the dough from the base. 

Of course, the WunderCard can not only be used to scrape dough out of the mixing bowl, but the dough card also supports you wonderfully in all further baking steps. Thanks to the knife-shaped slanted side, you can easily divide and portion the dough. The straight side is also ideal for spreading dough in the tin or spreading buttercream on the cake base, for example. 

Due to its stability, the WunderCard also sits comfortably in the hand, which makes even working with firmer dough child's play. And baking professionals will certainly be pleased to know that even rounding bread dough is no problem with the dough card.
