The non-slip coating on the back of the silicone mat also makes it easier to knead, shape and roll out the dough. The mat sticks to the worktop without slipping - even when you are kneading bread dough or rolling out cookie dough on it.

Instructions for use

• Do not place hot pots on the dough mat
• Do not use in the oven
• The mat is not cut-resistant - therefore please do not use sharp objects to cut and portion the dough.
• If discoloration occurs, e.g. due to strained tomatoes or tomato paste, expose the dough mat to UV radiation outdoors for approx. 1 hour. The discoloration will then disappear.
