Does the juicer harm my Thermomix or the scale?
Absolutely not! The WunderJuicer was developed by our Wundermix engineers especially for the Thermomix and extensively tested. The force during pressing is applied via the entire mixing bowl and its mechanics. The scales are not overloaded during juicing. Any pushing around, stopping or stirring puts more strain on the scale than your manual force during pressing due to high force peaks.

How can the product be cleaned?
After use, the juicer can be cleaned quickly and easily under the tap or in the dishwasher. The polished and smooth surfaces guarantee quick and easy cleaning. When designing the juicer, we tried to make all corners and edges accessible to prevent dirt from sticking.

What materials were used?
The WunderJuicer is made of 100% food-safe plastic - just like the original cooking basket of the Thermomix. The material is BPA-free and particularly durable, so you can enjoy your juicer for many years to come. Thermomix will last for many years. 

What else is there to know?
The speed of the Thermomix should be set to level 2.5 should be set. This gives the motor enough speed and power for juicing. Anything above 3 is more likely to result in pulp or an unwanted mess. If you don't like pulp, you can simply puree the pressed juice at level 10 (but be sure to remove the juicer rod first!).
