Ingredients tomato sauce
- 100g strained tomatoes
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- ½ onion
- 20g parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Ingredients for the vegetable rice
- 100g rice
- 50-75g vegetables of your choice
- 50g grated cheese
- parsley
- 2 tsp salt
- 1000g water
- 20g butter

Preparation of tomato sauce
- Place the garlic cloves and onions in the mixing bowl
- Miximizer insert and chop the ingredients
- Mix the ingredients with the Rochen push downwards
- Add the strained tomatoes
- Add parsley, pepper, salt and sugar and stir once for 10 seconds/speed setting 2
- Season to taste if necessary
- Pour the tomato sauce into a bowl and set aside
- Rinse out the mixing bowl
Preparation
- Weigh out 1000g of water in the mixing bowl
- Add 2 tsp salt and 20 g butter to the water
- Insert the cooking basket and fill with 100g rice
- Thermomix set to 20 minutes / 100°C / level 4
- Place the cooked rice in the FlexiSteam spread
- Add vegetables and tomato sauce
- Sprinkle with cheese
- Place the Varoma on the Thermomix and cook for 15 minutes / Varoma / level 2
- Sprinkle with parsley to serve
