What ingredients do you need for dyeing and cooking?

  • 3100g water in the mixing bowl
  • 21 eggs
  • Egg dyeing set, suitable for simultaneous cooking & dyeing
  • 7 plastic bags WITHOUT IMPRINT (imprint discolors Varoma)

 

Step-by-step instructions for dyeing and boiling the eggs

  1. Pour 1000 g water into mixing bowl, place Varoma container on top and steam cooking chimney WunderSteam in the center of the container.
  2. Pour 300 g of water and color enhancer into a bag according to the instructions and dissolve the egg dye in it. The ratio of color and water should match the manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Place 3 eggs in the bag with a tablespoon and close with a clip. Repeat the process with the remaining eggs.
  4. Enlarge Varoma tray with Varoma enlargement MaxiSteam and second steam cooking chimney WunderSteam in the center of the shelf.
  5. Distribute the bag of eggs in the Varoma container and the enlarged Varoma tray and place the Varoma lid on top.
  6. Then steam for 35 minutes/flavor/speed setting 1.
  7. Carefully remove the bag from the Varoma, place in the sink and cut open so that the liquid can run out. Leave the eggs to dry on kitchen paper.
