Tiramisu always fits, birthday, Easter, Christmas, New Year... Ask an Italian! ?

INGREDIENTS
- 250 g sponge fingers
- 250g g mascarpone
- 100 g butter
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 6 tbsp amaretto
- Cocoa powder (or Kaba) for rolling
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the ladyfingers in the blender jug and pulse for 15 seconds/turbo. Add the mascarpone, butter and vanilla sugar and mix for approx. 20 seconds/speed setting 4. Dissolve the coffee in the amaretto, add and mix in for 10 seconds/speed setting 4. The mixture should be firm. Leave to stand overnight in a cool place. Shape into balls and roll in cocoa. Place in paper cases.
