Autumn isn't just pretty to look at, it's also the start of pumpkin season. We love the play of colors of the pumpkins and also how beautifully creamy they make our dishes. How good that jam in the #Thermomix® are made in no time at all. The jam in today's recipe goes well with wholemeal bread, but is also great on sweet waffles.

INGREDIENTS
- 500 g pumpkin
- 500 g apples
- 200 ml unsweetened apple juice
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 packet of extra preserving sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the pumpkin into wedges, peel and weigh. Peel the apple, cut into eighths and weigh.
Put the pumpkin into the mixing bowl and chop for 2 seconds/speed setting 5, decant. Put the apples into the mixing bowl and also chop for 2 seconds/speed setting 5.
Put the remaining ingredients into the mixing bowl and boil for 10 minutes/speed setting 2.
Carry out a gelling test and then pour into boiled twist-off jars and turn them upside down.
