INGREDIENTS
Dough
- 20-25 g yeast
- 5 g sugar
- 60 g oil
- 180 g milk
- 10 g salt
- 100 g water
- 480 g flour
Filling
- 2 onion
- 30 g oil
- 25 g tomato paste
- 25 g parika pulp
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- Oregano
- pepper
- caraway seeds
- 70 g sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
Put the milk, water, yeast and sugar into the mixing bowl and heat for 1.5 minutes/37 °C/speed setting 1.
Add the remaining dough ingredients and knead for 2 minutes/ knead setting. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface, cover and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
For the filling, peel and quarter the onions and chop for 5 seconds/speed setting 5. Push down with the spatula and chop again for 2 seconds/speed setting 5. Add the oil and sauté for 1.5 minutes/speed setting 1.
Add the tomato purée, paprika purée and spices and sauté for a further 1 min/70 °C/speed setting 1. Add the sesame seeds and stir for 10 seconds/speed setting 3.
Shape the dough into walnut-sized balls, roll out to approx. 10-12 cm using a rolling pin and spread the bell pepper filling on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for approx. 20-25 mins.
