Hearty lentil stew
Finally there's another #recipe for our much-loved #CrockPot. We show you a gently prepared, hearty and very tasty lentil stew with sausages. This can of course be varied as desired. Tell us your favorite way to prepare lentils!

Cooking time 5-6 hours
INGREDIENTS:
- 130 g plate lentils do not soak
- 170 g red lentils, do not soak
- 1 bunch of finely chopped greens
- 3 additional roots
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1 pack of bacon, diced
- 400 g soup meat or leg slices
- 6 pcs Vienna sausages in 1cm thick slices
- 1 tbsp flour heaped
- salt
- pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp instant or homemade vegetable stock
APPLICATION:
Place potatoes, roots, greens, bacon and lentils in the CrockPot and fill with water so that everything is covered.
Add the vegetable stock and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Now cook for 1 hour on High, then switch to Low, add the soup meat and simmer for 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally.
After 3 hours, add the flour and stir well. 20 minutes before serving, add the sausage to the stew.
