INGREDIENTS:
- 200 g sugar
- 700 ml double grain
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 2 sachets vanilla sugar
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon chili
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 large 1 liter bottle
APPLICATION:
Rinse the glass bottle with hot water and drain well. Pulverize the sugar in the mixing bowl for 20 seconds/speed setting 10.
Add the remaining ingredients except for the cinnamon stick and mix for 10 seconds/speed setting 2.
Pour into the rinsed bottle.
Add the cinnamon stick and leave to infuse for at least 5 days.
Shake from time to time. Remove the cinnamon stick and taste.
