INGREDIENTS
- 100 g egg liqueur
- 200 ml cream
- 200 ml milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cornflour, heaped
INSTRUCTIONS
Insert the mixer attachment! Put all the ingredients into the mixing bowl and bring to the boil for 5-6 minutes/90°C/speed setting 2.
Pour into small bowls and serve with Santa Claus decoration.
