Beef soup with sausage dumplings

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 large slice of leg meat
  • 2 sausages, fine
  • 2 l cold water
  • 2 bunches of greens or frozen goods
  • 2 tablespoons seasoning 2 (soup seasoning made in the TM)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Open the sausages at one end and squeeze out the dumplings.
Clean, wash and chop the greens. Place all the ingredients in the Crocky and cook on High for approx. 1 hour. Then reduce to Low and cook for another 4-6 hours.
½ hour before the end of the cooking time, add the sausage dumplings to the soup and cook.

Note: You can serve with boiled rice, noodles or farmhouse bread.
