The mixle spaetzle attachment adds a spaetzle grater to the range of functions of your food processor! The small and handy kitchen helper enables you to make the ever-popular spaetzle in no time at all with your food processor. Thermomix TM6, TM5 or TM31.
Uncomplicated operation
The mixle spaetzle attachment is inserted into the lid recess of the mixing bowl. The dough container is open at the top for easy and clean filling of the dough. As soon as the spaetzle dough has been filled into the dough container, the mixle turned clockwise by hand for approx. one minute. The rotational movement transports the dough through the perforated base into the mixing bowl. Allow to cook briefly and the delicious spaetzle, which are the perfect accompaniment to many dishes, are ready.
Safe and well thought out
The silicone ring that surrounds the perforated part prevents the spätzle inserted into the mixing bowl lid from slipping. mixle spaetzle attachment. Thanks to this automatically created adhesion, the rotation movement for making the spaetzle can be carried out easily and without slipping. In addition, the silicone ring reduces the risk of burning when removing the perforated part from the mixing bowl lid.
Hygienic through and through
For easier cleaning, the mixle spaetzle attachment has been designed so that it can be completely dismantled and is also dishwasher-safe with the materials used. This makes not only handling but also cleaning extremely easy.

Quantity and duration
The spaetzle attachment is designed for 200 grams of flour and 2 eggs. This quantity is also the capacity limit of the mixing bowl. However, it is possible to cook several passes with hardly any loss of time. One cycle takes approx. 7 minutes.
