WUNDERMIX ACCESSORIES USED

Tip: Roll out dough easily and evenly with the RollPro!

The RollPro is the perfect accessory for every tarte flambée lover who wants to roll out their dough particularly thinly and evenly. The RollPro has a non-stick surface that allows the dough to be rolled out without sticking or tearing. Thanks to the integrated spacer rings, the dough is evenly thin - ideal for crispy Alsatian-style tarte flambée. The RollPro simplifies preparation and ensures perfect results every time.

What can you use instead of Gorgonzola in recipes?

If you don't have Gorgonzola on hand or don't like the intense flavor, there are various alternatives. Roquefort or Stilton also offer strong flavors, ideal for recipes that call for a tangy blue cheese. For a milder version Camembert or Briewhich offer a creamy texture with less sharpness. Also Feta cheese adds a salty note, especially in salads or on tarte flambée. So everyone can find the right Gorgonzola alternative for their recipe.
