Party buoy / bread roll wheel

INGREDIENTS
For the dough
- 350 g wheat flour type 550
- 150 g durum wheat semolina
- 1 cube of yeast
- 2 tablespoons safflower oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 250 g lukewarm water
For sprinkling
- sesame seeds
- Sunflower seeds
- Pumpkin seeds
- poppy seeds
- Caraway seeds
- Rosehip salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Put everything from flour to water into the mixing bowl and knead for approx. 2 min/bread setting, transfer the dough and leave to rise until it has doubled in volume. Form round rolls, spray the surface with water and then dip in various grains. Arrange the buns on a baking tray to form a wheel. Leave to rise for another 30 minutes and then bake for approx. 20 to 25 minutes at 200°C until golden brown.
