INGREDIENTS
Floor
- 100 g margarine
- 5 egg yolks
- 100 g flour
- 100 g sugar
Topping
- 5 egg whites
- 100 g sugar
- 125 g hazelnuts
- 50 g chocolate shavings
- Some chocolate to decorate
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Insert the mixer attachment. Place the egg whites in the mixing bowl and beat for 2 minutes/speed setting 3 until stiff. Decant and chill.
Put the margarine and sugar into the mixing bowl and mix for 1 minute/speed setting 4 until frothy. Add the flour and egg yolks and mix for 20 seconds/speed setting 4.
Grease the oven dish, pour in the first layer of batter and spread out. Rinse the mixing bowl.
Insert the mixer attachment. Put the stiffly beaten egg whites, hazelnuts, sugar and grated chocolate into the mixing bowl and mix for 10 seconds/speed setting 2. Spread the hazelnut mixture over the first layer. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes (increase the oven temperature to 200°C if necessary).
Then cut into small pieces and decorate with melted chocolate.
