Today we have a delicious marinade for meat, poultry & fish for you. As always, quickly made with the #Thermomix® Simply brush the food with a little of the marinade from time to time while grilling (you can also do this in a pan, of course). This marinade also tastes delicious on a burger!

INGREDIENTS
- 5 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp celery stalks
- 3 tbsp onions
- 2 tbsp chopped green chili
- 2 garlic cloves peeled
- 1 pinch thyme
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 1 pinch of basil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Put the celery stalks in pieces, the onions in quarters, chilli pepper and garlic cloves into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 seconds/speed setting 7. Add the remaining ingredients and mix again at speed 4-5.
