There are countless variations of salads and whatever you like is allowed. They are often colorful, light and great as a starter or small snack between meals. But let's not forget the equally tasty, hearty and filling meat and sausage salads.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cucumber
- 5 Vienna sausages
- 5 tomatoes medium size
- 500 g Gouda cheese
- 5 slices of cooked ham
sauce
- 1 onion
- ½ bunch parsley
- 5 basil leaves
- 80 g safflower oil
- 40 g vinegar
- Salt to taste
- pepper
- 50 g tomato ketchup
- 70 g tinned milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, wieners and Gouda into pieces and place in a bowl. Cut the cooked ham into strips and add to the salad.
Sauce
Put the onion, parsley and basil into the blender jug and chop for 4 seconds/speed setting 5-6.
Add the vinegar, oil, pepper, salt, ketchup, canned milk, sugar and mayonnaise to the herbs and mix for 20 seconds/speed setting 4.

Quartered, hard-boiled eggs are a great addition and help to keep you full.
