Dutch soup with cheese

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp butter 
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 large onions
  • 3/4 liter broth
  • 200 g Gouda, medium aged or other cheese
  • 250 g frozen mixed vegetables
  • Pepper, salt, nutmeg to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop the onions for 3 sec/speed setting 6-7 and decant. Then heat the butter for 2 min / 100°/ speed 2.
Now add the onions and sauté for 1 min/100°/speed setting 3.
Then pour in the stock through the lid opening, add the unfrozen vegetables and the coarsely chopped cheese and cook for 15 min/100°/speed setting 4.
Season to taste with the spices and sprinkle thickly with chopped parsley.
