The WunderPlate is a blade cover for Thermomix and Monsieur Cuisine. It is mounted as an interchangeable disk on the carrier of the WunderPeeler carrier.

    The WunderPlate prevents the food from coming into contact with the sharp blades of the mixing knife. This enables gentle cooking such as sous-vide, slow cooking, cooking potatoes and pasta or preparing hearty goulash and beef stew. The food is cooked through the WunderPlate from the blade of the food processor.
