Which Thermomix owner hasn't experienced it: You want to prepare a dough quickly, but it usually takes much longer to wash the mixing blade afterwards than it does to actually mix the dough, because the sticky dough residue on the blade can really get on your last nerve - especially under the blades. But now the TeigPRO offers the perfect solution to precisely this problem. With its help, you don't have to do a lot of washing up and your knife is sparkling clean again in seconds.

Whether pizza, spelt yeast, shortcrust or even pasta dough, the results with the TeigPRO leave nothing to be desired. The knife is protected from contamination and thanks to the free knife surfaces, you get a perfect dough result.

What is the TeigPRO?

The TeigPRO encloses the entire Thermomix blade and prevents the sticky dough from touching the core of the blade, making it much easier to remove the dough from the mixing bowl.

Thanks to the recesses and the conical design of the TeigPRO the dough is still optimally kneaded and mixed. After preparation, remove the TeigPRO and briefly rinse the mixing bowl knife with warm water and the knife is ready for use again.

And this is how it works:

  1. Remove the mixing bowl blade from the mixing bowl
  2. TeigPRO Open and insert the blade
  3. Remove the lid of the TeigPRO put on
  4. TeigPRO with the mixing bowl blade inserted, secure in the mixing bowl and lock into place with the base of the bowl
  5. Add the ingredients
  6. Start the dough program
  7. Remove the finished dough and remove the knife from the TeigPRO release

Does the TeigPRO the quality of the dough?

The TeigPRO has no negative influence on the quality of the dough. The TeigPRO even facilitates the mixing and kneading process of the dough ingredients thanks to its special design.

How much dough can I make with the TeigPRO use?

The TeigPRO is suitable for dough quantities up to max. 600g flour (soft dough) and 37°. For particularly hard doughs (e.g. pasta dough), a smaller amount of flour is recommended (max. 300g). The optimum mixing levels of the TeigPRO are 2-3 and the dough mode. The use of higher mixing levels is not recommended.

Care instructions

The TeigPRO can either be rinsed with lukewarm water after use or cleaned in the dishwasher at 60°. Attention: Never use the cleaning program of the Thermomix with the TeigPRO as this runs at a higher level. The TeigPRO may only be operated at level 3.

Note: It is possible that there may be a build-up between the base of the mixing bowl and the TeigPRO small amounts of dough ingredients. This can result in unusual noises, which have no technical influence on the mixing bowl. Thermomix have.
