Submit a complaint
If there is something wrong with a delivery or a product, please contact our customer service. The quickest way is via WhatsApp. Or alternatively via our contact form (with reply by e-mail). Please include the order number in your message and send us informative photos so that we can resolve your request as quickly as possible.
WunderSlicer & WunderZoodler Complaint
If you need help using your WunderSlicer or WunderZoodler, please use our specially set up support portal for WunderSlicer/WunderZoodler. There you will receive useful tips for optimal handling and have the opportunity to provide us with all the information we need to help you as quickly as possible.
Arrange return shipment
We generally grant an extended right of return of 30 days so that you can take your time to check the products you have ordered. If an item you have ordered does not meet your expectations, you can return it via our returns portal to register a return.
If you want to return something, you have the following options:
1. request a DHL return slip
We will be happy to provide you with a prepaid DHL return label for returns from Germany, which you can request via our returns portal which you can request via our returns portal.
If you use a returns label provided by us, we will charge a flat-rate returns fee of 4,90 € with the refund.
You can post the return at any DHL packing station, in any DHL branch or with your DHL delivery person.
2. postage yourself
You can of course also send your return to us with sufficient postage using a parcel service of your choice.

Please include a note with your order number in the return package so that we can assign it to your order.
3. bring it by in person
If you happen to be near Munich, you are welcome to bring the items to be returned to the Wundermix-showroom in Garching near Munich in person:

Please have your order number ready when you visit.
Please ensure that the products you wish to return are handled with care and that the packaging is safe for transportation.
The product packaging is not suitable as shipping packaging! If you no longer have our shipping carton, please return a product to be returned in suitable shipping packaging (outer packaging).
Thank you for your understanding that we can only refund the full purchase price for goods that we receive back in their original packaging and in a clean condition.

- Before completing your order, check that all items are compatible with your food processor model.
- Please read the product description in full so that you are fully informed about the product before purchasing.
- If you have any questions that are not answered in the product description, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team before purchasing.
- If you have any difficulties using a product you have ordered, our customer service team will be happy to help and advise you.
