- 1 medium onion
- 10 g flat-leaf parsley
- 50 g neutral, vegetable oil
- 40 g white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp mustard (medium hot)
- 1 large carrot
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp caraway seeds
- black pepper
