Recipe leaf spinach salad
Ingredients
- 500g fresh spinach leaves
- 3 - 4 cloves of garlic
- ½ onion
- ½ apple
- Feta cheese
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 40g olive oil
- A dash of lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
- nutmeg

Preparation
- Place the onions and garlic in the mixing bowl, Miximizer insert and chop for 10 seconds at speed 8
- Mix the ingredients with the Rochen push downwards
- Add 40g olive oil
- Steam for 2 minutes / 100°C / level 1
- Add the first handful of spinach leaves
- Place the lid on the mixing bowl without the measuring beaker
- Steam for 15 min. / 100°C / reverse, speed 1
- As soon as the first batch of leaf spinach has shrunk a little, gradually add more leaf spinach through the lid
- In the meantime, chop the apple, feta and cherry tomatoes into small pieces
- When the 500g of spinach leaves have steamed, place everything in a bowl
- Add the remaining ingredients, stir everything together and season to taste with salt, pepper, nutmeg and lemon
