INGREDIENTS
- 250 g lean beef
- 3 onions
- 500 g potatoes
- 3 red peppers
- 10 g vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
- paprika powder
- 350 g vegetable stock
- 30 g tomato purée
- 15-20 g chopped parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
Dice the beef, cut the potatoes into quarters and the peppers into strips. Put the onions into the mixing bowl and mix for 3 seconds/speed setting 3. Sauté with the diced meat for 5 min./Varoma®/LL/speed setting 1. Add the potatoes and peppers, season and cook for 5 min./Varoma®/LL/stir fry. Add the stock, stir in the tomato purée and simmer for 30 min./100°C/LL/speed setting 2. Season the goulash again with the spices to taste and serve sprinkled with parsley.
