Today we have another great and quick fish dish for you as #recipe of the week. It's child's play to prepare in #Varoma® and almost cooks itself. This leaves time for other things.

INGREDIENTS
- Potatoes for 2 people
- ½ pack of frozen greens
- 2 pieces of frozen salmon
- 1/2 onion, peeled
- 500 ml water
- 1 tbsp vegetable stock
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 slice feta (sheep's cheese or similar)
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the frozen greens in the Varoma®. Place the frozen salmon on top of the greens. Peel and halve and quarter enough potatoes for 2 people. Place in the cooking tray. Halve the onion and place on top of the potatoes. Pour 500 ml water and 1 tbsp vegetable stock into the mixing bowl. Close the mixing bowl, place the Varoma® on top and cook for 25 minutes / Varoma® / level 1, then cover the salmon and potatoes and remove the onion for the sauce. Add the stewed greens, stewed onion, tomato puree, salt, pepper and feta to the total cooking liquid (approx. 300) and process for another 1 minute / Turbo to make a creamy sauce.
