Ratz Fatz salmon with vegetable sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ pack of frozen soup greens
  • 2 pieces of frozen salmon
  • 500 gram potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon instant vegetable stock
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • ½ slice feta (sheep's cheese or similar)
  • salt
  • pepper

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel the onion, halve and place in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 seconds/speed setting 5. Spread the greens in the Varoma® and place the salmon on top of the vegetables. Peel the potatoes and halve them in the cooking basket. Pour 600 ml water and 1 tbsp vegetable stock into the mixing bowl. Close the lid. Do not insert the MB. Place Varoma® on top. Cook for 30 minutes / Varoma® / level 1. Once the time has elapsed, cover the salmon and potatoes and keep warm. Add the stewed greens, tomato purée, salt, pepper and cheese to all the cooking liquid (approx. 350 g) and puree for a further 50 seconds/speed setting 10 to make a creamy sauce.
