INGREDIENTS
- 3 egg whites
- 60 g powdered sugar
- 45 g butter melted
- 60 g flour
INSTRUCTIONS
Put the egg whites into the mixing bowl, insert the mixer attachment and beat for approx. 2 min/speed setting 4 until stiff, stir in the powdered sugar and melted butter for 30 sec/speed setting 4. Stir in the flour for 20 seconds/speed setting 4
Draw 3 circles, each 8 cm in diameter, on baking paper. Spread 1½ teaspoons of batter on top (with a knife or simply with a spoon) and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C.
Then quickly remove from the tray, place a note with a saying in the middle and fold. For the typical crease, simply fold in the middle over a glass.
