INGREDIENTS
- 2 onions small
- 1 garlic clove
- 425 ml kidney beans 1 can
- 425 ml white beans 1 can
- 2 tbsp oil
- 500 g minced meat mixed
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- salt
- pepper
- Sweet paprika
- Ground cumin
- 2 tins of chopped tomatoes
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 200 g pasta Mni-Penne
- ½ pot coriander fresh, or some ground
- 100 g cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Peel the onion and garlic, place in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds/speed setting 5. Rinse the beans in a sieve. Fry the minced meat in a pan for approx. 4 mins. Add the oil to the vegetables and sauté for 3 mins./100°C/speed setting 1. Add the browned mince, tomato purée, spices, chopped tomatoes and stock and cook for 15 mins./100°C/LL/speed setting 1. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, add the beans. In the meantime, prepare the pasta according to the packet instructions. Wash the coriander, shake dry and chop finely. Grate the cheese. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce in a pan. Add the coriander and cheese and mix again. Then arrange in deep plates, sprinkle with coriander and cheese and serve with pretzel rolls.
